General Questions

Do you have a phone number?

We would love to hear from our customers. You can reach us via phone at 919.438.2001. Please
note that we are often out of the studio meeting with design clients and hunting for beautiful
treasures. Leave us a quick, yet detailed message and we will return your call within 24 business
hours.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday - Friday from 10am until 4pm EST by appointment only. Please call us at
919.438.2001 or email us at hello@shopcuratedandcompany.com to schedule an appointment or for
product inquiries. Please note that all social media messages, voicemails, and emails will be
answered within 24 business hours.

Do you have a retail location?

We are thrilled to offer our colorfully curated collection at Hunt & Gather in Raleigh, NC. Our booth is
located in the back left corner. Hunt & Gather is located at 1910 Bernard Street, Raleigh, NC. Their
business hours are Monday - Saturday from 10am until 6pm EST and Sundays from 12pm until 5pm
EST.

What should I expect based on the product condition noted in the product description?

All products are described to the best of our ability based on our knowledge and research. Vintage
and antique items have been loved for many decades and this adds to their eclectic charm. However,
the following terms will help you to assess an item's condition before placing an order. Our team
photographs and reports any major flaws in our product listings. Please refer to all photographs prior
to purchasing an item.

1) Good Vintage Condition: This item is at least 35 years old and is free of cracks, major
repairs, and other major imperfections. Due to the item's vintage condition, small surface
scratches, expected age related wear, and some paint loss are to be expected.

2) Vintage Condition: This item is at least 35 years old and has been well loved by its previous
owners. Large scratches and minor repairs may be present. Any glaring imperfections will be
noted and included in the product photos.

3) Antique Condition: The item is over 100 years old and contains surface scratches, minor loss
of paint, etc. Any glaring imperfections will be noted in the product description and included
in the product photos.

4) Like New Condition: This item is less than 35 years, has been previously loved, but is in great
condition. This product condition usually applies to items sold on consignment.

5) New Condition: This item is new and has not been previously owned.

Do you have a wholesale/trade program?

Thank you for your interest. At this time, we do not offer a wholesale or trade program.

I’m looking for specific items. Do you offer personal shopping?

We love to shop with a purpose here at Curated & Co. Please email us at
hello@shopcuratedandcompany.com if you would like for us to source a specific item for you. We
will scour the best antique shops and dives up and down the East Coast until we find your desired
item. Once found, we will send over an invoice and ship the item to you.

Do you offer consignment?

Our mission at Curated & Co. is to offer colorfully, eclectic vintage and antique items to our clients.
Our items are carefully curated using a four step approach. We do occasionally offer items for sale
on consignment that have passed our brand assessment. Email us at hello@shopcuratedandcompany.com if you have items you would like to be considered for sell on consignment. Please be sure to include details and photos of all items you would like us to consider for consignment. Our team will review your items and respond accordingly.

Do you buy out collections?

Our mission at Curated & Co. is to offer colorfully, eclectic vintage and antique items to our clients.
Our items are carefully curated using a four step approach. We would love to view your collections. Email us at hello@shopcuratedandcompany.com if you have items/collections that you are considering offloading. Please be sure to include details and photos of all items/collections available for purchase. Our team will review your items and respond accordingly.

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

All of our items have been hand selected & are one of a kind vintage finds. Because of this, each item is unique in it's own way and all sales are final. We try to ensure that we photograph any flaws for your review prior to purchase. Please feel free to reach out to us at hello@shopcuratedandcompany.com with any questions or concerns.

Do you have a local pick-up option?

No, not at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Thank you for your interest. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How can I track my order?

All orders will receive tracking information via the preferred communication channel entered at checkout (email or text). Please reach out to us via email at orders@shopcuratedandcompany.com with any shipping and/or tracking questions. Curated & Company is not responsible for stolen packages or packages that are marked as delivered but not on site at your location.

When should I expect my item to arrive?

Our team meticulously hand packs each item sold from our vintage vault. Orders ship within 5
business days (but usually sooner!) of the date your payment is verified. If you need your shipment
by a specific date, please choose the appropriate delivery option at checkout. We are always happy
to consider special processing requests via email at orders@shopcuratedandcompany.com. Curated
& Co. is not responsible for delayed carrier delivery times once the item has been processed by the
carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to determine the issue with your package.

Oh No! My item arrived damaged. Now what?

The team at Curated & Co. takes pride in packing your items with love and meticulous care. After all, we love these vintage finds just as much you! Unfortunately, things happen in the transit process and our packages may not make it to your doorstep in one piece. Rest assured, our shipments are always shipped insured and our team will always immediately refund your payment if an item doesn't arrive in tip top shape. Please follow the steps below if your item arrives damaged.

1. Immediately contact our team via email at shopcuratedandcompany@gmail.com.

2. Include a photo of the damaged item and shipping carton as we will need these items to file a
claim with the carrier.
